LAST WEEK'S RECORD: 1-3-0 OVERALL RECORD: 22-16-4, 48 pts.

January 24 @ Bakersfield, 2-0 Loss - The Falcons suffered their third shutout of the season as their 10-game unbeaten streak (9-0-1) to begin 2005 came to an end. Goaltender Jamie Hodson kept Fresno within striking distance throughout the entire contest, though, by making 40 saves.

January 28 vs. Las Vegas, 4-1 Win - In their first game following the All-Star Break, Fresno used a pair of three-point nights from Shaun Sutter
(2g-1a) and Jason Weaver (1g-2a) to win their sixth game in a row at home.

January 29 vs. Long Beach, 5-3 Loss - The Falcons let leads of 2-0 and 3-2 slip away, the latter disappearing when the Ice Dogs scored a pair of goals 47 seconds apart in the third period, on their way to losing in regulation at home for just the second time since Nov. 6. The one other loss at Save Mart Center during that time was also to Long Beach on Dec. 14.

January 30 @ Long Beach, 5-0 Loss - The team's struggles against the Ice Dogs this season continued as the club fell to 1-5-0 in the season series.
