“BEAT THE GULLS” EVENTS ON TAP
Taylor Cup Finals Shift to Selland Arena Next Week

FRESNO, Calif. - As the Fresno Falcons prepare to play at least Games Three and Four and, if necessary, Game Five of the Taylor Cup Finals next week at Selland Arena, the team is hosting two events to help energize fans for their ongoing showdown with the San Diego Gulls.

A “Beat the Gulls” radio listening party will be held during Game Two of the best-of-seven Championship series on Monday, Apr. 28, at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in downtown Fresno. The event gets underway in conjunction with the live radio broadcast of Game Two from the San Diego Sports Arena. Brian Clark will call the play-by-play action on 103.1 FM, The Mountain Cat, with the broadcast and the listening party in the Radisson ’s Sequoia Ballroom commencing at 6:50 p.m. with the Mail Boxes, Etc. Pre-game Show. A no-host bar will be on hand in the ballroom and food will be available from the Radisson.

After trying to even the series at a game apiece on Monday, the entire Falcons team will return home to attend a “Beat the Gulls” rally on Tuesday, Apr. 29, at the Old Fresno Hofbrau at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to show their support for the defending Taylor Cup Champions as they try to become just the second team in league history to repeat as Cup-winners.

Tickets are now on sale for Game Three on Wednesday, Apr. 30, at 7 p.m. and Game Four on Friday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Selland Arena box office, all Ticketmaster locations and online at www.ticketmaster.com. Arena/Loge seats cost $16 and Balcony seats cost $12.
